1. Implements a communication network that reaches through out the Allegan Area and connects the AAAC's activities to surrounding counties and States.
   
   
2. Establishes a volunteer network of individuals and businesses that support the goals of the AAAC.
   
   
3. Establish an instructional volunteer network of Artists, teachers, individuals, businesses and organizations that will be made available as mentors to the community in the Allegan Area.
   
   
4. Negotiate with existing facilities in the Allegan Area for the use of clean, safe, (ADA) accessible and properly insured structures that can be used by the volunteer network of Artists, teachers, individuals, businesses and organizations in promoting the Arts.
   
   
5. Generate and grant operational funds through donations, fund raising activities and grants that will insure the financial stability for the present and the future of the AAAC.
